Brew Recommendation
Use a Vietnamese phin filter with coarse grind. Water at 94°C. Let drip slowly — 4 to 6 minutes. Add sweetened condensed milk over ice for the authentic cà phê sữa đá experience.
Origin Story
The story behind this cup.
Buon Ma Thuot is the coffee capital of Vietnam — a city whose entire identity is built around Robusta. Over 600,000 tons are produced here annually, yet most of it is exported in bulk with no story attached.
We source from smaller farms on the outskirts of the mass-production zones, where farmers still sort by hand and dry on raised beds. The difference in the cup is unmistakable.
Paired with our hand-crafted phin filter, this Robusta becomes a ritual. Slow, deliberate, and deeply Vietnamese.
